Rental Information:

With storefront-level access and great natural light, Steller Connect is a unique and welcoming space, conveniently located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis.

We offer two types of rentals: EVENTS and CREATIVE.

AMENITIES:

Wifi and speaker system, natural light, black-out/privacy curtains, sink, and plentiful power outlets. Both on- and off-street parking are available. Space is ADA accessible. Restrooms are available down the hall. A Steller Connect team member will be available during your rental to assist with the space.

*Additional amenities coming soon will include shampoo bowls, hair + make-up stations, a moveable wall, and more.

RENTAL HOURS:

Steller Connect is available for rental from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

FINE PRINT:

All rentals are subject to our Rental Agreement which will be provide to you upon booking.


Perfect for small weddings, holiday parties, corporate events, retreats, workshops, classes, pop-up shops, and more.

Additional fees may apply. Discounts available for non-profit/community-oriented organizations and groups.

Weekend Event Rates (F-Su):

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $400

  • Full Day (up to 10 hours): $800

Weekday Event Rates (M-Th):

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $300

  • Full Day (up to 10 hours): $600


Perfect for photoshoots, jam sessions, private hair and makeup, private yoga and meditation sessions, and more. Creative bookings are limited to 10 people.

Additional fees may apply. Discounts available for non-profit/community-oriented organizations and groups.

Weekend Creative Rates (F-Su):

  • Hourly: $75

  • Minimum: 2 hours

Weekday Creative Rates (M-Th):

  • Hourly: $50

  • Minimum: 2 hours
